Mira has worked in the Private, NHS and Tertiary sectors in the fields of Psychology, Coaching, Motivational Speaking, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychotherapy and Wellbeing for over 15 years. The extensive experience of working with a large spectrum of people gives Mira the flexibility and expertise to address a variety of psychotherapeutic coaching areas, including confidence building, maximising strengths, interpersonal relationships, value systems, self-limiting beliefs, happiness, communication, meaning, purpose, and emotional wellbeing.

Her knowledge and method supersedes classical Psychology and Coaching practices. She combines evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy principles with Positive Psychology research findings and interventions. Her background in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), SMART goal planning, mindfulness and person-centred approaches enables her to offer clients practical ways to move towards their personal development.

A further academic interest and educational background in Anthropology, Philosophy and World Religion have shaped Mira's culturally and personally relative coaching perspective. This is demonstrated in her understanding of how thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are interlinked, and in her appreciation for the way cultural/societal/familial norms impact belief systems and subsequent action.

Mira has an MSc in Mental Health Studies, Institute of Psychiatry, King's College, London and a BA in Psychology, Boston University. She is a member of the British Psychological Society.
